Gearing Down, But Still Here and Sending You a Gift

Dear Friends and Colleagues-

I, like you, love my work. As a matter of fact, I rarely refer to it as work. I do not count the hours every day or week that I spend doing what I love. However, the impact of the COVID-19 virus in the short term and maybe well into the future could be significant. While my everyday travels and sales appointments have been curtailed, I want you to know that I am still working for you.

If you need a sample, product information, or trouble shooting, I am available by phone, email, text and Facetime. This road warrior is not used to being at a desk so much, but I know my car is appreciating the break (379,242 miles and counting!). This lower gear also provides me with the opportunity to be with my kids and wife more to share time that seems impossible during a typical week.

So, for the next few weeks, every week I’m going to send you a gift. It will take many different forms, but I hope it will resonate with you and brighten your day. Today, it is Pea and Spicy Sausage Pasta from the Fat Radish cookbook. I had never cooked this before, but it garnered high praised from the culinary picky last night at the Strickler table.
